Supercoach Book - Herald Sun

If you go and get the Herald Sun newspaper on Monday you also receive the 2010 edition of their SuperCoach guide.

In today's Herald Sun they had a couple of pages of SueprCoach tips and advice. Most of them make sense, a few could be risky.

Once again they mention that Charman is a great pick, that may not be the case. If he is your third fantasy ruckman, you would want him to be available every week, ready to start if your other ruckmen were out. But Charman isn't assured of playing any games, as Clark and Leuenberger could play ahead of him.

They have two rules, don't get Gumbleton and make sure you sign both of Melbourne's early draft picks, Scully and Trengove. There are few quality bench forwards at a low price, so Gumbleton is a solid signing. Scully and Trengove are not cheap, when compared to other first-year onballers, and also play on a team that has no plan or leadership. Cunnington and Bastinac at the Kangaroos could be just as good. There is also Morabito and Martin, and a few others to also consider.

Wells is also listed as a player to avoid, but at his cheap price he could be a risk worth signing.

Some of the players mentioned as being those to sign include Dangerfield, Mark Williams, Morabito, Schoenmakers, Watts, D Martin, Cotchin, Kennelly, Masten, Cooney and Robert Murphy.
