NAB Cup Review - Fremantle 97 def. Melbourne 50

All eyes were on 3 of the top 4 draft picks from last year but the star for the dockers was former VFL star Michael Barlow (94) along with second year player Clancee Pearce (97) both you should keep an eye on. Also the usual high scorers did well Duffield (93), Mundy (89), Pavlich (85) & Ballantyne (79).

Morabito (22) had a subdued debut but showed promise in stages. Mcphee (58) had a solid game in his return to the west but nothing amazing.

For the Dees the focus was on Scully (49) and Trengove (41) who both played well with flashes of how good they will be. Also Strauss (48) played well and should get more opportunities.

Joel Macdonald (66) made a solid start at his new club While the other Mcdonald (81) played well along  with Brad Green (75) and Nathan Jones (69) while Liam Jurrah (23) failed to have much of an impact at all watch to see how he goes next week.

Overall the Dockers had all the answers against the mistake riddled Melbourne side.
